On my stay at this wonderful hotel, our company it's having a great time, excellent service and lovely stay.
I came as a Marriott reward member and unfortunately there's no recognition at any place, non at the check in (only for the wireless) non at the restaurants 😔 I knew that Marriott care a lot of their rewards members. Well let's see how it keep going until my check out.

Thius hotel is smack downtown with access to all area functions, malls and movies. I had a beautiful view of the gulf and the room was perfect in every way. The staff here is very professional and did everything they could to make my stay here, wonderful.
The hotel is conveniently located near riverwalk hotels. Nothing special about the hotel. Everything was very clean and staff was great. The food was nothing special and very expensive. We stayed at the location when going to a concert. Price was right for the occasion

We really didn't need much but having met Carl it made our stay☺. The food was excellent and to watch Carl at work was entertaining. He is a wonder the way he kept everything full, tables clear and clean and still had the wherewithal to answer questions and his knowledge kept us entertained throughout our stay.
Mary-Margaret Hamon was awesome!! Thank you for all your help you made our stay even more fabulous!!! This hotel is awesome the pool, bar, and overall just everything was great! My children and I had a great time at the pool. They have towels and water for you when you arrive. There is a bar with great staff, and a BBQ going on great food too. The room service menu isn't that great but close by they had a First Watch its a breakfast place an its amazing. I can't wait to go back here! OMG loved loved my view of the water too and again Mary-Margaret Hamon made sure my stay was great THANK YOU AGAIN Mary-Margaret Hamon!!!!
Stayed at this hotel to attend a football game. My team lost but the service at the hotel was outstanding. I received great service from the valet, the front desk, the man offering help and directions at the elevator, they were all fantastic. Any Marriott employee we met went out of their way to help.
After the game we went to the Champions Sports Bar where we met Marizel. We arrived very late but she did everything she could to make sure we got something to eat and drink. She was happy to help and worked very hard to make sure we received all the service we needed and she exceeded all of our expectations. I have never been treated so well when a restaurant was getting ready to shut down. The food was also very good and priced right!
Every staff member we met was outstanding but Marizel was a superstar!! If you are staying in the Tampa area this is one hotel you should definitely consider. If you are looking for good food, drinks and great service go to the Champions Sports Bar and ask for Marizel.
