Staff is very friendly, but the hotel is showing it's age and is in need of a renovation. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff was very attentive. Location is very convenient to the airport and you can get to Tamps, Clearwater or St. Pete easily.

I travel almost weekly for business, and have to say I am a bit disappointed in this hotel. I am Diamond Hilton Honors, so have stayed at many properties.
Service has been very slow to respond to requests, such as a ride from the airport----had to call twice and waited more then 30 minutes.
The guestroom is nice, but the bath is bad---peeling wallcovering, and bath looks old and worn. Then had to call for a hairdryer....had to call twice and waited more than 20 minutes.
Just no sense of service for the guest.
Will see what tomorrow brings!

The hotel was under construction when we arrived on a very rainy day, therefor when had to trek our luggage in from a distant part of the parking lot and did not manage to keep it dry. Safe lock on the door was broken. No ice machine can be found on the first two floors. No free breakfast like almost all hotels have these day at much cheaper rates. Staff was friendly and helpful when I could track one down. Must have hit the bartenders break time.

the hotel was fair. the personnel were friendly for the most part. they didn't seem too organized. the shuttle drivers were young and need a course on how to treat the customers. the dining experience for breakfast was ok. service was ok.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They went above and beyond in making our stay a pleasant one. The shuttle services were excellent and very helpful. Very little to no wait time. The staff was friendly and helped in every way that they could.

Stayed here for a wedding. Was very pleased with the rooms and the service. Had a great time and the staff was extremely helpful. The lobby was under construction and was only a minor disturbance. Internet connection is kind of a pain in the tush to deal with but overall cell data signal is very strong and WiFi was only a convenience.

The Hotel reception was nice, free bottles of water and a warm cookie. The hotel overall though was showing it's age, dispite a few updates in the bathroom. Also, the A/C unit in my room sounded like a car engine when it came on, something that the hotel should have easily caught onto before a guest even had to report it.
