We were "first-timers" who had several friends recommend this place. Glad they did! The overall experience was unique for us - the extensive salad bar (very good) followed by a profusion of meat entrees was exceptional. Given the range of meat options (filet; flank; ribs; lamb chops; sausage) we were surprised at the quality of offerings. The "gauchos" circulating through the restaurant with their speared meat with knives at the ready were friendly and totally accommodating with respect to choice of meat and the desired level of doneness. My only caveat for dining here is to bring your appetite. This not the place for the faint-of-heart carnivour.
