We were visiting the Tampa History Center so decided to try this Columbia restaurant/cafe on the 2nd floor. We've eaten at several of the Columbia restaurants over the years, including when they were in the St Pete Pier, and at the Tampa and St. Armand's key locations. Honestly, overall, I thought the food tasted better here than any of the other locations. The bread, the soup, the Cuban sandwiches were all very good. It's a small area; the table wasn't too clean, and the staff seemed a bit rushed, but overall, the food was worth the visit.
