I was in Tampa for work and had dinner here with a friend. Definitely a cool setting; the restaurant is part of a market with a few cool shops, several fast casual joints, a cool coffee shop, etc. The views of the water are nice. The decor of the interior was pleasant; it's got an industrial vibe and is modern. It's on the noisy side given all of the concrete, but it was not unpleasant and we did not have trouble conversing.
Service was excellent. Our server was very attentive throughout the meal and did a nice job pacing her check-ins as we were talking. She knew the menu and was happy to answer questions. Definitely an A+ on the service front.
Food was average: not bad at all, not exceptional. An arugula salad was excellent and perfectly dressed. Fritto misto was disappointing; the breading was soggy v. crisp and a little heavy for the seafood. Cabbage roles were in the middle--not bad, but not very memorable.
Still, would return--reasonable prices, varied menu, good ambiance, great service--and thought it was a nice evening.
