Food is served cafeteria style, very reasonable prices. The Swedish Meatballs are delicious, you get around 15 with your order. It's served with mashed potatoes and a side of lingonberries which are tasty too, all for only $3.99. It's cheaper and a lot better than fast food!

They also have ribs, fish, wraps, salads, sandwiches. Shouldn't be hard to find something you like. They also have FREE breakfast on Mondays! Great looking desserts but haven't tried any yet. Swedish apple cake and Chocolate Overload Cake both look decadent!

“IKEA - good value, not great food”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 5, 2012

wonderful prices. Hot food was served luke-warm. I had their signature meatballs with mashed potatoes. Love to buy them frozen and serve at home. These were not hot and therefore, not enjoyable.

“IKEA has quality food too”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 23, 2012

IKEA, famous for is furniture, also makes quality food at its warehouse cafe. Low prices plus the international Swedish atmosphere make this a "worth a trip" place when in Tampa. Swedish salmon, lingonberries, and, yes, meatballs all served with an appealing and entertaining setting. This is one of the few places anywhere that serves such healthy food, so fast, and so inexpensively, and so fast. Yes, it is "fast" food, self service, and it is cafeteria style, but there is plenty of parking, it is accessible for older folk. If on vacation or not, and you have kids, and want inexpensive food beyond McDonalds, an indoor playground, and do some shopping, this is a great travel destination. The downside is that you may wind up buying some household item from among the great low priced items in this huge IKEA store.

“Quick bites while shopping!”

An excellent way to introduce your kids, and yourself, to Swedish food. Try the princess cakes, they are amazing!
