We went as a family because we had a discount coupon and it was a really nice time. Our guide was really informative and had answers to all the questions. The group was just the right size so you didn't feel lost in the crowd. The kids were blown away by how close they were to the cats. The big Lions at the end really made the day. You can also feel good about giving your money to a great cause vs. mickey mouse.

We went on tour adults only the tour, and guide Denny was an older fellow who didn't rush the tour at all. Most of the other tours were run by interns all young, and they would just go around us. Area was heavy wooded which provided a lot of shade, we were there over 2 half hours on the tour, and nice seeing such beautiful cats up close. Make sure you wear closed shoes, bugs weren't a problem when we went during the afternoon. Remember to ask for Denny to be your tour guide, won't be disappointed.

Nice, informative staff. I could scense the passion for the animals. There were more cats to shake a stick at. I didn't know there were even that many species of cats. Keep up the good work!

My husband and I visited the rescue while on a vacation for an anniversary. We enjoy anything that deals with caring for animals! This rescue has amazing cats! The living quarters were large and very adequate. The cats did not seem unhappy at all! The tour guides were very informative. I saw only volunteers and felt good that our admission money goes towards the cats themselves. I read some bad reviews and disagree with them all. There was not green water anywhere nor where the cages in disarray. I will definitely go back next time I'm in Tampa.

This tour was provided for our group during a business trip to the Tampa area. We were so pleased that we took the time to go and see these beautiful animals and hear their stories.

Please make the time to take this tour if given the chance. The guides are very passionate about these animals, who they truly care for in a very personal way.

Some of the stories are truly heartbreaking about the way some of these animals have been treated, (you hear about these on the adult tour, not on the child's tour).

The grounds are well maintained and you can see the volunteers pitching in to help.

Take the time to take this tour and enjoy the new life these animals are able to have.
