“Great location & clean hotel”

My family chose to stay here for our vacation after reading reviews. Overall, we were not disappointed. Some of our group drove in from Georgia and my husband, daughter and I flew in from Texas. It is very close to the hotel. They have a complimentary shuttle bus to the hotel. We called them when we got to baggage claim and only waited about 5-10 minutes.

We arrived at the hotel around 3pm and they were able to accommodate our request for a room with our family members that had already checked in. Check in took less than 5 minutes and we were on to our room. We had a king bed with small sofa & desk area. Very good size of room for our 11 month old daughter to walk around and play in. The room was clean. We had a small refrigerator and microwave as well.

The pool area is nice. The breakfast buffet was good at $11 - you can have omelettes made and waffles. They had free cookies in the evening. They also sold Starbucks there as well.

The Thursday evening when we checked in, they were having a small event outside with the other two hotels next door and hotel guests were allowed to attend. Free food, drinks, games, & fun. We won free beach towels. Good time.

Guests were also allowed to use the parking garage for free by using your room key for access.


My only complaint was that when we left for the beach Saturday morning, we expected to return to a clean room to shower and rest. We left around 9am & returned about 2:30pm. Our room was still as we left it. No clean towels so we had to ask the maid service down the hall. She apologized at least. After we had showered, I called the front desk to have someone clean our room. Two hours later no one had come. As we left out for dinner, I told the front desk again. Our room was clean by the time we got back.

Everything else was great and I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here 2 weeks ago and had a 7am flight and the hotel was perfect. The shuttle was right on time and got us to the airport with no problems. It's also close to the international mall and they have a nice bar next to the outdoor pool and hot tub.

Accommodation was good and property clean, your staff helpful,they were able to assist with local directions and advise on locating places of interest, dining room and restaurant experience was good the dining room staff were pleasant, the location is also good being in such close proximity to the Air port.

Stayed a full week at this hotel. Very helpful, pleasant staff...got to know some of them... Silvana and Rose... Very good at the front desk. Rose seems to work several positions, very good at them all. Even met the general managers, Todd and Chris, they asked us if we were happy with our stay!!! Everyone seemed to love their job! Made to order daily full breakfast was the best and the chefs were very pleasant and would make whatever you wanted! Very, very clean hotel; excellent bed, adjustable to firm or soft. Starbucks in the lobby becomes a bar in the evening hours, good idea. Very nice outdoor pool, it could stay open longer though, till 11 pm would be nice on hot summer nights,only drawback of the hotel. Would definitely go back, good location, 5 min to airport

Room Tip: King room at end of hallway, 5th floor, was extremely quiet the entire week- long stay

They take care of you at this hotel. From the front desk to other staff, they help you to feel at home even though you are far from home. They also respond to the slightest concern promptly. The location is great and close to business centers in Tampa. Would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. We stayed in a king room with a whirlpool bath. The night manager was very rude. Although we arrived very late, I called ahead to let him know we were driving in from Orlando and were leaving on a 6a flight, we were never welcomed. I would not reccommed this hotel.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Great value for the price point!
Service was excellent. Check in was easy and curtious.
Best part was the Sunday morning breakfast buffet. Fresh, cooked to order eggs, omlets, and pancakes. At breakfast, ask for Rosie- she is awesome!!!!
