For the prices, a very small aquarium! I got the Groupon special so I saved about 50% off. I wish there were bigger fishes but the sting rays are nice because you can touch them

This is a great place to go if you have a couple of hours and want a fun time. This place is very educational and the perfect place to go if it rains.

The Aquarium was a pleasant visit while in Tampa. They had divers with the sharks....the kids loved that, and they had presentations in some of the areas explaining about the wildlife...all in all a very nice visit. The Aquarium also offered a dolphin watch boat ride. A really great tour. We saw many dolphins out in Tampa Bay and we got an education about the area. Plus, we got a great view of the Tampa skyline. Very enjoyable!

Was killing time before we checked into our hotel, had a great time, they also had lemurs of madagascar, very cool. Sign next to each tank told you what you were seeing, where they habitat and some interesting facts, if you have children is a must see. Well worth the time and the entrance fee.

I went there today with my mum. It only cost $21 for an adult so people saying it is really expensive are wrong. There's loads of different exhibits, talks and interactive experiences throughout the day to choose from. The staff were fantastic, especially Ray who we did a behind the scenes group tour with. At every exhibit there were experts who encouraged questions to be asked and to stroke the stingrays, horseshoe crabs and starfish freely, explaining the safe ways to do it. We spent four hours there and loved every minute. It was great value and would recommend for families as well as couples as the educational value for adults is great. The behind the scenes tour only cost $10 each and we got to spend an hour touring the hidden areas, feed fish, learn a lot about the care and preservation work as well as how the aquarium water is supplied. It was fascinating.
