First class aquarium with real Florida displays. As a Florida resident for 40 years it displays real Florida fish in realistic displays. I was very impressed with the mangrove flats displays. They have touch tanks for kids and adults. The kids water play area is nice and well done. We ate at the tiki bar area and had unexpectedly good food and cold adult beverages with friendly wait staff. The food and drinks were a good value compared to any other theme park fare. Overall the whole trip to the aquarium was beyond my expectations. Don't expect flipper doing tricks, but if you take your time it's a first class aquarium exhibit along with a nice place to eat.

The Florida Aquarium is a fascinating place. As a lifelong Florida resident, I absolutely loved the Florida exhibit. I was able to do the behind the scenes penguin encounter and it was amazing. The penguins were extremely friendly and you were able to see and pet one up close. Each person was able to spend time with a penguin and it was an incredible experience. If you're in Tampa the aquarium is definitely worth your time.

It's not the largest aquarium I've ever seen, but it's a neat little place with plenty to do. 2-3 hours should get you through the whole thing, but the variety of wildlife is more than worth the price of admission!

Great for kids and adults. Amazing assortment of sea animals, with a special emphasis on the small ones (seahorses, sea dragons, etc). The attached waterpark makes it a full day outing, well worth the money.

This aquarium was nothing special. We were expecting a little more being a large aquarium in Tampa. This was nothing more special than you'd expect to see at an aquarium in Kentucky. The price was high & the exhibits were average. Natural lighting in some parts created a glare on the glass of some tanks making it difficult to see inside.

Save your money...
