Great for kids of all ages and sizes. Good food for the value, the toilets were cleaner than our rental condo's toilet.

I would like write to complain about my visit to your theme park last Tuesday.

I have a few issues with the visit me and my family had.

1, We paid for preferred parking due to my son having injured his foot while on vacation. I was surprised that the people parking in this carpark had to walk to the park but people parking in the normal space got a bus to the front entrance, this seems strange as surley preferred parking means they get a better deal.

2, when in the ark the first ride we went on was the old wooden roller coaster, we decided to do this as the clock was showing a 60 minute wait, to my surprise the wait was 120 minutes and when we got up to getting on the ride there was no member of staff telling people where to go it was a free for all. I was further surprised to see there was 3 members of staff telling the express people where to go and seemed that they where more interested in the people that had paid more.

2, we then had to hire a wheel chair for my son as he was struggling to walk after standing for to long in the queue, this cost us a additional 18 dollars which we where happy to pay due to not wanting to cut the visit short. we then went to the long flume ride as it was the hottest part of the day, and went through the disabled access, the person on the ride told us we could not ride at the time and had to return 45 minutes later, and asked us where our yellow slip was, we did not get one when we hired.

3, we then went to shikra and was told that we had to get the yellow form from the supervisor who was on the top of the ride. we accessed the lift and waited in the disabled access area for 25 minutes while they tried to fit us on the ride the wait was because we did not have a yellow slip and due to the supervisor being away the worker could not issue one. there is no shelter from the sun in the disabled area on this ride.

4, we then bought one of your re-fillable cups but everytime we wanted to fill it with Coke or Sprite your outlets seemed to be sold out.

5, we then took you train around the park but this did not seem to come close to the animals and we see more wildlife in our local zoo. We did however get told that if we wanted to get closer to the animals we could pay fro a safari ride.

My lasting impression of the park was very much a

1, if you pay more you get a better service
2, you don't really do anything for less abled body people

I look forward to your explanation as this has left a very bitter feeling around you park.

Kind regards

I will continue to leave feedback until somebody from Busch Gardens replies,

“Adventure tours”
Reviewed August 26, 2014

Highly recommend the adventure tour. Went with my 5 year old son, but would recommend taking kids over 48" in height to get better value from the rides. Johanna was a great guide. The ice dancing show was an unexpected highlight.

“Great but do it over two days.”
Reviewed August 25, 2014

Busch Gardens, probably one of the busier park in Tampa, has a great mixture of rides and wildlife viewing. First things first, car parking is $17. Next, you need to do this park over two days;

Day One: Get there early and do the popular rides first. Start with Gwazi (your teeth will rattle on this one!), then Cheetah Hunt (however if the queue is over one and a half hours, leave it and come back later in the day.), and Montu which will take you to mid-day. At this point, relax on the Serengeti Express train tour or take a walk through Edge of Africa to see the lions.

Day Two: Get there early and take the cable car over Serengeti (seeing the wildlife as if you're in a hot air balloon), and have a go on Sheikra (hopefully no queues on this side of the park at this time) - this one drops you 200 feet at 70mph! Also have a go at water-rides before they get busy.

Top tip! Dont bother with the Rhino Rally if you've been on a proper safari before - its over before you know it!

“busch gardens, waste of money”
Reviewed August 25, 2014

I ready reviews of this place but thought it couldn't possibly be this bad but it was. After having spent 4 days in Orlando what a let down. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful, not one person looked like they actually wanted to be there. Now the day we visited was no different to the other 20 days we spent in the area, hot, rainy periods, odd bits of thunder, odd bits of lightening. However the attractions at Busch Gardens were closed most of the time as they seemed to be paranoid that a terrible storm was coming.. This is no exaggeration, we did one ride - the carousel. As the place was closed so much of the time, when it did reopen the queues were horrendous. And what a look of glee on the rider operators to tell us that it was closed and they absolutely could not tell us when it might reopen. We actually queuered up twice for the train on the 2nd time we thought it might actually pull away but no apparently there was this threat of a storm again.. The sun was shining. I won't be going there again
