Definitely not another chain restaurant here. Genuine people who care about the customer. Now, about the food. Hit and miss. Swordfish spread way too salty. Brisket moist, tender and smokey good. Pork heavy on the char but OK once you cut off the burnt. Beans have too much of the burnt pork and cole slaw floats in mayo. Buttermilk pie a nice finish. Hopefully, they can fine-tune the kitchen and make a go of it.
