We spent $190. at the Juicy Blue Bistro on Easter Sunday dinner and the food was terrible!
The Chicken Blue, I had to send back and it came back worse. The chicken tasted frozen, the crab meat was old or from a can and the bearnaise sauce, was not bearnaise sause! My daughter had the chicken pasta and there were cooked and uncooked onions in it, she spit out several pieces of very stringy chicken and the sauce was strange and not enjoyable. My 91 year old dad had the salmon, a nice piece of fish, but again, the sauce was bad. The water had a horrible after taste, so we ordered wine, which was needed at this meal. I would never eat there again and you should not either. The hotel was excellent, but if you can't cooked fancy food, for $18 a plate, don't put it on the menu. Do a club sandwich and end it there...or close the Juicy Blue Tapas Bar & Bistro.
