The old capital building is restored to its original state in 1902 in order to keep the structure at a safe distance from the new 22 story capital building. There is a 15 minute talk about the building, its history and the restoration process. The exhibits are laid out well with plenty of information. The restoration is well done. There are plenty of videos. The senate & representative halls as the supreme court are all restored as it was in it's day. The Museum is worth a visit and the admission is free.
