Overall, my wife and I enjoyed this Four Points hotel April 5 & 6. However, 2 things were poor in the rooms. First was a miserable closet designed by a stylist with little sense of function. The closet hanging rod extended into a narrow cavity. Our garments had to be hung one in front of the other. Very hard to put in and even harder to select any item later and remove. Then, in the otherwise nice bathroom there were small hooks for dop kits/cosmetic bags but then nowhere to hang up a used towel! (Was plenty of space for proper towel racks but they must have wanted to save money.) Sheraton: get rid of your furnishings designer! Front Desk staff were good and helpful and snack bar and liquor bar were nice, but small.
