“Good Reuse of Land”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 28, 2012

I took my first visit/ride along the trail and thoroughly enjoyed it. Even if it was a bit cool and breezy. It is well paved, protected from traffic and quiet. There are a number of benches along the route and also restroom facilities at key junction points.

Shady, beautiful nice wide trail. Can get a bit creepy in some areas but go with a friend and enjoy the outdoors. Its one of the best paved trails I've been on.

“Nice Flat Ride”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 21, 2012

This trail is great and used by many. Part of the trail was recently widened. A lot of it is in shade. they have added several benches and rest rooms along the way. I believe it is about 18 miles one direction. People mainly bike or roller blade. A cool trip idea would be to park in the lot just after Capitol Circle NW near the beginning of the trail, and ride down and grab lunch on the water. Then see the St. Marks Fort and the Light House and ride back! Enjoy

“Perfect bike trail.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed September 13, 2012

Nice bike trail. wide, smooth and mostly shaded. Used by bicyclists, runners, walkers and the occasional in-line skater. People are courteous and friendly. Ample parking and bathroom facilities. Also connects to Munson Hills off road mountain bike trail.

“Picture Postcard Lighthouse”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 4, 2012

Although it was a bit further getting down there than it looked like on the map, it was a really pretty park. The lighthouse was pretty and there were lots of places to stop, look, read a little about the birds and the history of the area. Well worth the time!
