Owner description: The mirrored walls of the Tallahassee Automobile Museum enclose more than just automobiles! This 100,000 sf. facility houses cars, trucks and memorabilia of all kinds. In addition to the antique cars, muscle cars, concept cars, and trucks -- check out the eclectic collection of Steinway pianos, Remington sculptures, Case knives, Barbie dolls, boats, boat motors, children's pedal cars, and die-cast toys. Journey through history with Native American artifacts, firearms, antique cash registers, pocket watches, salt-cellars, baby bottles, silver spoons, baseball cards, antique golf balls and clubs, 100-year-old brass-bladed fans, art objects from Thailand, neon signs, stained glass, a horse from a carousel, a children's barber chair shaped like an airplane and much, much more. Part shrine, part history lesson, part pack-rat's paradise, part garage and part art gallery -- except, in this case, the art has four spotless wheels and can go from 0 to 60 faster than a Cezanne can. It's truly an amazing museum of American history.

This is a collectors dream location. Cars are just the start. Golf clubs, pocket knives, pianos, memorabilia, Office fans, childrens pedal cars, model aircraft, cast toy cars, rifles and guns, some boats, outboard motors.... the list just goes on. We had only allowed a couple of hours but you could lose yourself in here for hours. Only downside we found was no wifi so we couldn't tell the world about it until we found a fast food outlet.

From the moment we parked, I knew this place was going to be a car-lovers paradise! So many different cars from throughout the years of car making history. So many cars to look at... And when you are done looking at cars, wander upstairs to a variety of collections, including knives, guns, pedal cars, engines, Batman ... need to dedicate a few hours to really appreciate this place! Thank you Mr Moore for sharing with the public!

Not the first time. This is one of the best kept secrets in this part of the Country. The autos are fantastic starting with the second car manufactured in the US to the current. The outboard motor selection. The American Indian exhibit. Batmobiles. Dolls. Motorcycles. It's a HISTORY museum not just a car museum. All ages will enjoy. They have Grand Pianos. A Meteorite. Shirley Temple Exhibit.

all the vehicles are owned by one man and he houses them in the museum. Also has collections of knives, antiques, and meeting room where local schools have banquets. Has the original Bat mobile and Duck mobile that were used in the Batman movies.

A little bit of everything. If you're looking for a pristine museum this isn't the place for you. If you are looking for an amazing collection of super cool stuff then this is perfect for you. So many cool things to see! It's definitely a weird, eclectic place. We enjoyed ourselves.
