We decided to make a run over to Bahama Breeze, being in the mood for seafood and steak. The lobster and shrimp quesadillas were wonderfully cheesy with big chunks of seafood. The tenderloin salad had a little too much vinegar, but the steak was cooked perfectly. The jerk chicken with bowtie pasta and asparagus was good. Our waitress was very friendly and was very attentive to food allergies, but they seemed to be understaffed and a little stressed. We waited for someone to seat us and then repeatedly had to wait for things like our drinks and for the waitress to come back at all. We almost just left, leaving our cash on the table to pay the bill. Of course, she was apologetic for the wait. She was quite sweet. The décor was nice, with the beach theme and the main seating appeared to be constructed like a lighted pavilion. Nice. If we lived in the area, we would definitely go again, but not after a sale at the mall or late. The only real complaints would be the wait time and that the "Bahama" drinks were almost all rum or tequila, which I don't drink. The list of drink options were pages long, but it would have been nice to be able to have a fancy drink with vodka that wasn't an Appletini. Overall a nice experience with friendly staff.
