The animated animals draw your attention. But the food was over priced and not so seasoned. I enjoyed watching the huge fish in the enormous aquariums. The special effects are always welcomed. I had a gift certificate for that location.

We were spending the day with our three preteen grandkids and after the movies we needed a kid friendly restaurant in Sawgrass Mall. I was a little leary about the Rainforest Cafe because of the blatent commercialism that surrounds it but decided to give it a chance. After a reasonable 15 minute wait (during which they hope you will browse through their retail store) we were seated at a very nice table right between a herd of elephants and a family of gorillas. The kids loved it. While the food is a little pricey, the selections were quite good. Our littlest guy chose the kids meal burger sliders with fries. Our oldest guy went for the full sized burger with fries. And our young lady went for the pot roast with mashed potatoes. They all loved what they ordered. I chose the chicken fajitas, which were delicious, and the wife went with her usual chicken caeser salad, which was good and large. We started with an appetizer platter that included cheese sticks, fried chicken breast and the best chimichangas I ever tasted. And we finished the meal with a 'volcano' dessert, which is ice cream surrounded by fudgy brownies and topped with whipped cream. Since we went on a mid week night, it was not very crowded and I expect the weekends might be a little more challenging. However, in our case the meal was wonderful, the service was very good and the whole experience was a pleasant surprise.

Rainy afternoon at the Mall. 10 minute wait for a table. The place is packed with families and kids under 10. The food was just ok.....nothing special, service was fantastic, and the "show" was really cool. All the kids loved the show. The place has a full bar, and lots of cool decor to look at. Lots of fun with the kids. If this review helps your planning, please leave me a helpful vote.....Enjoy !!!

The Rainforest Café in Burlington, Mass is not worth the money. The cheese in the nachos tasted like Velveta. The burgers did not taste like actual meat, the chicken nuggets tasted like fish. The seats are too close together and for about a half hour our chairs were hit from the children playing video games at their table behind us. The staff was tentative but had to be reminded to bring beverages. Avoid this if you can.

Spent the whole day at Sawgrass Mills and found the restaurant good to look at our 4 year old cild playing at the playground and walking around the jungle wjile having lunch. Good variety for lunch. prices are ok and while not looking for high class dishes it was a good option for a quick and practical lunch option.
