What a wonderful surprise to find. This is a great little bakery and they also have frozen entrees, sandwiches, coffee and teas. Everything we bought was delicious. This is a gem! We didn't pay much attention until we were looking to get something for breakfast on our drive back home. We stopped in and only wished we'd known about it before. Highly recommend

“Bubbafest Special”
Reviewed February 24, 2013

As a part of Bubbafest(250mile bicyle ride and 150+ people) in the Fla Keys, Annie and her staff have had a SAG stop for us for years. Hard to believe she is able to handle ALL of the riders, SAG vehicles and what must look like a circus group with the vehicles and trucks!!!! If you want to know the Bubbafest favorite = KEY LIME CHEESE CAKE(KLCC), there is none better in the Fla Keys!!! We have the Key Lime Pie(KLP) grade book for the past 10 years. A group of riders have graded KLP's up and down the Keys on:color, consistency, crust, creaminess, and "zing"(tartness of the Lime)!!

But, if you ask the "Native Girl" from Marathon, she will tell you her favorite is the BLACKBERRY BARS(BBB)!!!!! I never go past Annie's when she is open without getting a supply of them!!!!!!

She has a great back porch to share you teats with friends. We all usually buy a bunch of different item besides the KLCC and BBB and sit on the porch and pass them around to share!!!!

Even though the sign says BAKERY: she has specials of the day, sandwiches, soups, salads and a great coffee bar!!!!!!! Ya'll need to stop and check her out, she's on the Bay side(RIGHT going south/west down the Keys,) and on the Left coming back up! Mile Marker(MM) 24.

“Simply mmmarvellous!”
Reviewed February 19, 2013

Lovely little place to stop for coffee, sandwiches and sweet treats!
Everything is home made and delicious.

Having stayed in the keys for the whole month of December I was able to 'shop around' for my fair share of Key Lime Pies..I can honestly say that Sugarloaf's was the BEST!!

Definitely take the time to stop by when drining through 'The Keys'. You won't be disappointed.

Great food. We love to pick up a fresh loaf of bread, some salads and the best bars-- try the key lime! Fresh coffee and fresh brewed ice tea. Go for it!
