Wife and I were seated a little ways from the bathrooms at 9 am for breakfast. Had to ask to be moved since it stunk of cleaning solution smell masking the smell of poo.

They up charge for simple substitutions that normally aren't.

Great location, place needs some rework and image care.

We were there on a Thursday evening and they were overwhelmed. They were trying to accommodate everyone but there was obviously something wrong in the kitchen. We later found out there was only one cook. We waited half an hour for our drinks, and about 50 minutes for our sandwiches. The waitress kept apologizing for everything. The bartender was also apologizing to everyone. The food was not that memorable that we would try this place again. Other people we know like this place for lunch and drinks. I probably will try somewhere else next time I am in Stuart.

Stopped in to Mulligan's while doing some sightseeing and window shopping in Historic Downtown Stuart and we had a nice lunch there. We each had a very satisfying seafood bisque, and we split a fish and chips and a potato encrusted fish. Everything was very good and the service was fine.

Mulligan's is certainly nothing super-special, but it seems to be reliable and a reasonably priced establishment in a decidedly tourist area. I would recommend it.

The number one thing here is atmosphere and the staff. The food is fine but nothing outstanding, in fact I forgot what I've eaten here, but we come back for the laid back feel of a beach bar and the cool atmosphere.
