“Shouldn't Have Waited So Long To Try This Place!!!!”
Reviewed September 15, 2013 via mobile

I've driven by this place a thousand times, and have no excuse for not stopping! Boy have I missed out; but not any more!!! We had the fried grouper sandwich, grouper Reuben, onion rings, and cracked conch; my only complaint is that my stomach wasn't big enough to eat more. EVERYTHING was fabulous!!!! If you haven't been here to eat you are missing out!!!!!!

“Great seafood, local restaurant”
Reviewed September 11, 2013

Great local restaurant in Stuart, very small in size but great food. The staff were really friendly. I tasted the seafood bisque which was rich, creamy and had lots of seafood. I had a scallop salad for lunch which was large in portion and absolutely delicious. Very fresh and flavorful.

Highly recommend if you are in the Stuart area.

We have lived in Stuart 10 years and just never stopped in to this great restaurant! We have really been missing out. Had lunch that was fantastic today. The grouper was awesome as well as the conch. Don't miss the onion rings either!!!

“A Gem in Port Salerno”
Reviewed September 4, 2013 via mobile

King Neptune is my favorite seafood restaurant in the area. It's unassuming and many people may drive past it without noticing it. Those people are truly missing out. A tiny restaurant with only about 10 tables you should be prepared for a wait, but the service is quick and friendly so the wait may not be too long (and it's worth the wait). My favorite dish is the seafood pasta special when it's on the menu. A creamy Cajun Alfredo pasta topped with delicious shrimp and scallops with spinach and mushrooms served with garlic bread. So delicious! They also have the best conch chowder this side of the Gulf Stream and amazing freshly coated coconut shrimp ( not frozen and premade ). Thursday nights are especially popular as they have an all you can eat fried fish special. This is also made with fresh fish in a light breading served with crispy thin fries which cannot be beat!
The restaurant is small and cozy with lots of locals which makes for a family-like feeling and the friendly servers often call people by name.
What a great place for fresh delicious food in a friendly assuming setting. Don't miss out on this place!

“Fresh Seafood”
Reviewed July 30, 2013

We stumbled onto this spot when the restaurant we originally went too didn't have a table. Located on a street corner with parking difficult to find, this really small place had a really good vib the moment you walked in. We lucked out as we walked in a table opened up and were seated right away. People after us had to wait outside because the place is so tiny. Instead of bread you are served a bowl of bean dip and corn chips which were very tasty. We had the Macadamia crusted snapper and the Pistachio Mahi-Mahi. Both were excellent choices!!! Dessert was Key Lime pie which was ok but I would skip the next time. Service was excellent.
