We stayed at the Hampton for the weekend while visiting Weeki Wachi Springs. The hotel was updated, clean and comfortable. The staff was very accomodating. The beds were firm. We had a handicap room as my friend had a bad knee. There was a king bed and lazy boy chair. Updated TV.
The breakfast was adequate, although the scrambled eggs were rubbery. The next morning there was sausage milk gravy with biscuits that was very good. The waffle maker was easy to work with and make nice waffles even for the most inept. There was cereal, breads, muffins and pastries. Tea assortment ,coffee, apple juice and orange juice. It came with the room, so we were happy.
They had a pool but we didn't use it. I would stay there again without a doubt. It is located on a 6 lane road with an access road. Cracker Barrel is across the street with fast food places and restaurant chains up and down the road.
We were 5 miles from Weeki Wachi but it was a straight shot and didn't seem that far away.
Very nice, very clean, and very comfortable.More
