On our previously visit, the Big Steak omelet was neither big or had much steak. After a letter to IHOP corporate headquarters, this problem has been resolved, at least for this visit.
I have been told there that the omelets produced on a certain day "depends on who's cooking." IMHO all menus items should be consistent in a restaurant that is a chain.
