Nothing bad to say! Will never stay anywhere else in this area when I'm here for business! Staff is great, breakfast is great, and the beds are comfy! The hotel is like new always and is so clean and nice. Best hotel I have stayed in by far!

Stayed for one night, while out of state family was in the area, also staying here. Rooms are adequate, walls are thin and noise level was unbearable at times. Pool water is clean, but pool surface needs some TLC... Continental breakfast was sufficient and comparable to others. This served the purpose for one night's stay. Was worth what we paid... I'm not sure what their $59.99 sign by the road refers to , so that may be a little misleading. Overall, decent enough, but would not seek out another Microtel Inn to stay at.

First time staying at a Microtel. It is very new, very clean, with nice amenities (pool, wireless internet, hair dryer, iron, conplementary breakfast), pleasant staff and very budget friendly. We would definitely recommend to anyone planning to stay in the area.

This is a good clean place with friendly staff.
We did notice the $1.50 safe fee, and told them we did not need it.
For the extra hassle they go through with removing the safe fee. It's not worth there time.
We will stay here when we return.

Just a great hotel, my husband and I stay every time we are in town. It's got big clean rooms, comfortable beds, a quaint lobby to enjoy breakfast, and a superb staff, Jodie is the best. And all this at great rates. Can't wait to stay again.

I am a Hampton Inn regluar and opt to stay at Microtel as it was closer to the springs. I am so glad I did. The accomodations were just as good and I save a bunch of money staying here instead. The staff were very nice and the room exceptional clean.

All that being said, don't let them get you for the $1.50 for the use of the safe. If you don't tell them you did not use it at check out, then they will automatically charge you for it. It is in the fine print, which I think the Owners should reconsider as it is precieved by me and others I am sure as being a bit underhanded.

This was an affordable clean place to stay with a friendly staff. However, we were provided with a room on the third floor which happens to be the "smokers" floor. Why any hotel would still allow smoking in its facility is a discussion for another place. We were not informed of this fact until my wife and four kids had completely unpacked all our stuff right next to the room occupied by what I can only assume was the Marlboro man and his wife Virgina Slim. The staff offered to let us move but with all the luggage, cribs etc. it was more trouble than it was worth. Just give people a heads up upon checking in. I will defiantly stay at a Microtel in the future.

Room Tip: Don't stay on the 3rd Floor if you are bothered by smoking
