This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condo was in a superb location on the property and in the Siesta Key area itself. The pool was a very short walk away. The beach was across the street, with a nice pedestrian crossing area, so I didn't worry about dashing with my young daughter. The condo's kitchen was well equipped and very clean. The living room was very big and the sofas were comfortable and fit the room nicely. The view of the lagoon was quite refreshing, as we had coffee out on the balcony. There is a grilling/picnic area, a basketball hoop, tennis courts and a lovely walkway around the property. You could sit on a bench and watch fish jump out of the water and the boats go by and the draw bridge open for large boats passing under. It was very convenient for shopping, either normal family shopping (groceries, drug stores) or for "tourist" shopping. A post office was just down the street. Siesta Key Village was about a 6 minute car ride. The folks in the property office were very friendly and helpful. The outdoor closet was well stocked with beach chairs, buckets, beach umbrellas, pool noodles, and other beach items. There was a covered parking spot for our car. We felt very secure here, no fear of being in a "bad neighborhood", as it was a very nice "neighborhood" (lots of other condo properties, very safe area). It was a beautifully landscaped property, with a great groundskeeping staff. Overall, we loved our stay in this condo!
