“bad customer service”
Reviewed February 16, 2013

My sister and I had embarrassing insident while visiting the Hub Baja Grill. We left our table for 7-8 min to the restroom. When we came back we did not find our half-finished food, waitress (Danielle) already cleaned the table, suspecting that we left without paying.
The manager (Joe) was very rude telling us if you don't want to be served again you free to leave! He did not even appologize for treating us like potantial thieves!
Untrained and unprofessional staff. Waist of time and spoiled evening

“Outdoor patio and music”
Reviewed February 14, 2013

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch at The Hub while staying in Siesta Key. All restauants are within about 2 blocks of the main village cross streets, so we walked around town, browsing the choices. We selected The Hub because of its large outdoor patio area, and so did lots of other customers!! The musician was wonderful, playing a synthesized guitar and doing all the background rhythms and instrumental accompaniments himself. I would say the food was good, but average - presented well. We asked for fish on our taco salad instead of ground beef and they were happy to substitute for a small up charge. Service was friendly and fairly prompt delivering needs inspite of how busy they were.

Perfect place to grab a bite and people watch. The fish tacos were great with fresh mahi mahi caught daily.

“Laid Back”
Reviewed February 9, 2013

The Hub is on the far end of Siesta Key Village, where it's a bit quieter. It's a nice spot with a good indoor/outdoor bar.

I've been a number of times for both food and drinks. This past time I just had a beer at the bar. It's always good, friendly, and a great spot to go with a group.

“Nice food and better Margaritas”
Reviewed February 8, 2013 via mobile

We had the Fish Tacos which were very good and the Margaritas were even better! My only complaint would be that they use a little too much ice, mine was gone pretty quickly. The kids loved their tacos and quesadillas!
