White cool sand between your toes, small beach area and quiet!! Unlike Siesta Key Public Beach, this is a small area which I personally like...no facilites but soooo cozy...Point of Rocks is here so snorkeling among the fish in warm calm water is right at your fingertips!

“Beautiful sunsets”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 25, 2013

A US attraction to rival any beach, anywhere in the world. From early AM walks in the soft morning light to evening strolls with friends, this beach is amazing. We especially love going over to the beach before sunset with a glass ( plastic of course) of wine, to watch the sun sink slowly into the ocean. If you are really lucky, you will get to see the sun slowly " melt" into the water. The colors of a semi cloudy sunset are just as glorious, with variations of orange, purple and red painted on the sky in only a way nature can! Photos cannot quite capture the awe of each evening.

“Great beach!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2013

This is a great beach with cool, white sand and calm, warm water. The beach is within walking distance to Siesta Key beach but it is a bit of a walk. Overall, a great beach and probably the best I've been to in the area.

“Nice but crowded”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 20, 2013

It's advertised as a private beach, however 6-7 large resorts have access to it so it is very crowded with people and with hotel chairs & umbrellas. The public beach always had less people in that area than Crescent Beach did.

That being said, the water was clear, the sand was white (though hard-packed) and the view was great.
