The Chateau de la Borde is an impressive looking chateau on the outskirts of town. The access to the restaurant is up an unglamorous back spiral staircase however you get a pleasant suprise on entering the very small restaurant which is very nicely decorated. I think a reservation is probably best as there are only about 40 covers. The menu had a good variety of dishes and the service was excellent. I had a delicious mushroom soufflé thing for starters followed by a very nice veal steak in a creamy sauce. There were several set menus to suit all tastes and price levels. We would go again.
