“Great food and service”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013 via mobile

We had a party of six and we were seated in about 25 minutes. Service was very good - no issues. The prime rib was great. Pork chops are awesome. The fish was okay but this place is more about beef then fish. Would love to go back again

“Nice to Have a Roadhouse In Sebring”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 20, 2013

As part-time residents and soon to be full time, we were a little surprised to see a Roadhouse Restaurant in Sebring. This city is dominated by seniors -- especially in the winter. Down for a week in February, my wife and I decided to give it a try. We got there about six and found the parking lots were full and there was a fifteen minute wait. We were given a playing card which they use to call you when your table is ready. We borrowed a menu and found that the restaurant opens at 3:30 p.m. on week days (open for lunch on Sundays) and that they offer early bird specials 'till six. There is also a happy hour special on drinks until seven. In the roadhouse tradition, there were roasted peanuts in the shell on the table, but there was a separate dish for the shells rather than throwing them on the floor. It's always a welcome treat while we wait for our food.

We had two appetizers -- stuffed potatoes and chicken casadias -- which we shared. We also got two margaritas -- one each -- on their special. The restaurant was packed, but our waitress was very attentive. The food was outstanding -- especially the chicken casadias -- as were the drinks. It was all the food we could eat and then some, but I must say we were intrigued by the desserts. We plan to go again soon.

“Good food, good service”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed January 25, 2013

While staying close to Sebring, Florida, we met friends at this restaurant for a Thursday night dinner. We arrived at 5:30 pm and it was busy and we had a short wait. Our waitress, Bethany, was excellent. She wrote her name on the paper tablecloth along with the managers name, who we never met. One of us had the salmon, one the half rack of ribs and two, the prime rib special on Thursday night done rare and all the food was excellent. They serve peanuts as snacks before dinner but you do not throw them on the floor but into a bucket. They also bring a huge salad bowl out to serve you (like Olive Garden). There were several large groups in the restaurant and it seemed everyone was enjoying their meals. I would return and recommend this to anyone in the area. Just expect a wait during busy dinner times.
