I love this park. It is right on the Indian River and the views are magnificent. There are piers that jut out into the water that you can walk out and fish or merely enjoy the view. I love walking to the end of the piers because you almost feel as if you are out on a boat in the middle of the water. Once you leave the piers and walk by the water there are always people walking around that will give you a friendly hello. Even once the sun goes down people will be out walking along water's edge with their dogs, or just with friends.

This park is often used for festivals and other small town events. If you want a peaceful place to sit and think, this is the park to come to.

This is a small park at the end of CR512 and on River Drive. Everything overlooks the water and Pelican Island, a wildlife refuge. There are beach volleyball courts, kayak launch sites, and a large parking lot. There is a small water park for little ones, two very nice patriotic military monuments, restrooms, picnic tables, a covered pavilion, and a long paved walking path with dozens of majestic hardwood trees filled with squirrels. There is something happening every week, many free concerts, A nice place to go and relax. Also there are a few restaurants and ice cream shops in easy walking distance. You often see dolphins chasing bait fish as the tides change, snook leaping out of the water, and a wonderful place to have coffee and watch a beautiful sunrise over the ocean and river. The ocean is only about three miles due east.

We always go to Riverview Park, to walk, get some sun, it’s a great, safe place to walk, also have a volley ball net, great for the young people to play, restrooms, well lit & well decorated around the holidays

Riverview Park is a hot spot for local festivals. The Fine Art Festival is one of the best in the area. Our rugby team (Indian River Rugby Club) always work the parking lots for this event. Parking is tough - but if you come early, you should be good. If you come late, expect to walk or just Uber to the park. If you visit on non-festival days, expect to have squirrels checking you out for peanuts. :) One trip unprepared guilts you into carrying peanuts in your car for the rest of your life. Great park - clean restroom facilities, easy walking, tons of shade, play area for kids, covered picnic pavilions and a splash park for hot summer days. Highly recommend!

The park was prepping for a festival when we were there but is a good place to just relax and look at the water.
