“What Happened?”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed March 7, 2013

Pizza By The Sea is always our favorite pizza when we stay at the Watercolor Inn. This time, the pizza was so average. Our salads were wonderful, but the pizza was the worst it's ever been. I hope this was just anomaly.

“Good pizza and a neat little place.”

Real good thin crust pizza. Great fresh toppings and neat atmosphere. Sea grove offers a lot of neat shops.

“Loved it.”

We got take out from here. Delicious. Loved the pepperoni appetizer. It was always crowded when we drove by.

“Good quick food at a reasonable price”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed December 30, 2012

We stopped at Pizza by the Sea for a quick bite for lunch. The restaurant is very casual style establishment with counter-service. They offer a lunch combo for about $7 including a drink. You can choose two items from either soup, salad, pizza or a baked pasta dish. We ordered two different soup and pizza combos - tomato basil soup and triple meat pizza; shrimp and corn chowder with a basic slice of cheese pizza. The pizza serving is a giant slice - equivalent to two regular slices of pizza. The service was fairly quick and the meals were brought to our table. The sweet tea was very good.

The place is not very big so the noise level could be quite loud. Fairly typical for a family restaurant.

All in all a good experience and good food. Would definitely stop back again in the future.
