I'm definitely going back to Las Olas in Satellite Beach, Florida! As soon as we entered our unit I was in love! The accommodations were huge with two bedrooms including a tv in each, two bathrooms, very large living area with another tv and dining area, nice size kitchen with everything needed for cooking, very large closets and a bonus room with another dining area. Every unit faces the ocean with a large balcony furnished with dining set and two loungers. But that's not all!
The pool onsite was clean as well as the deck areas around it. The beach was clean and not crowded and the shell-picking was plentiful and fun. From shore you could fish and many were doing that with success. We saw cruise ships leaving on their voyages and dolphins playing off shore.
And that's not all! Activities included craft time, a pot luck dinner, karaoke, crab races, happy hour and more. The location offers many other activities in the surrounding area also.
The owners, Tim and Chris, and their staff, Karl, Chris, Dean and Vanessa, and Karen are so welcoming, friendly and helpful that you feel like you are with family. They are the best I have ever encountered at any place that I have vacationed! Meeting them set the whole mood for this great experience!!!
If you go (and I hope you do), please follow their rules and only smoke in designated areas and board your pets because they are not allowed on the premises. It's the least anyone can do for the fantastic people who own and operate such a great place to vacation. I, for one, will be visiting them again next summer!

Room tip: Every unit is as large and comfortable as your own apartment or condo and all face the ocean.

The condo was very clean and spacious with a nice balcony. Living/dining room area was large with 2 tables (dining and breakfast tables) seating for a total of 8. During our stay, brand new sectional sleeper sofas were delivered to all the units. The master bedroom has a large bathroom and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has 2 double beds and a full bath next door. Some of the decor was a little outdated but the kitchen and bathrooms were updated. The beach is beautiful and we were able to see 2 rockets launches from Cape Canaveral during our week stay. Took a short walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier for lunch which was very good. Overall, it was a very nice way to spend a week at the beach.

Room tip: room numbers ending in 1-3 rooms overlook the pool, others face the beach.

My daughter and I can't wait to stay at this wonderful beach club each year. We are owners of two weeks at this timeshare. Jane in the office makes registration easy. Chris, Tim and staff go out of their way to make sure we have a great week. Owners, renters and people who use exchanges are treated the same. No request is too big. There is a pool on site with updated decking and huts with lounges and chairs. It is a few steps to the beach. If you want to partake in activities there are crafts, wine and cheese with karaoke (Carl you do a great job) magic show, pot luck Thursday... They supply the hamburgers, hot dogs, tomatoes, mustard etc...you supply a dish. Always a great time. Just a few of the activities. There are tons of things to do offsite as well. No selling of timeshare weeks like so many other places. The units are clean and very comfortable with full kitchens and washers and dryers. My understanding is over the next year all units will be updated. Thanks to Chris, Tim, Jane, Carl and all the staff for another great year.

We exchanged this as a Time Share rental and enjoyed it tremendously.
Located directly on the Ocean/Beach, it was very well managed with helpful staff, clean premises, nicely furnished. We had a 2 BR apartment with a full kitchen.
Many good restaurants close by with several that deliver. Near public golf, lots of shopping, markets and EZ ride to several attractions.
This place as well as Oyster Bay & Oyster Point in Sebastian are true finds for rentals to replace staying in expensive hotels.

Room tip: All apartments have an ocean view with bedrooms away from traffic

We stayed here May 14-21/16 - my husband, myself, our two children (11 and 9) and my parents. The rooms were huge and very comfortable with a giant balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean. The staff here were all amazing and right there if you needed them. We enjoyed the wine and cheese night, the potluck night and we also took advantage of the buy 1 get 1 at Baja Restaurant in Cape Canaveral. Take advantage of all that they offer here - we also enjoyed the welcome morning with coffee and donuts and finding out everything this place had to offer. We also enjoyed cocktails at the Tiki Bar with Karl. This place had everything we needed. A pool, hot tub, bbq and gated access to the beach. Also there were chairs available and in the garage boogie boards, more chairs and umbrellas for the beach. The beach was very clean and not busy at all. We enjoyed seeing dolphins each day, we would see the occasional sea turtle while we swam and plenty of pelicans and osprey. We were also able to watch quietly at night from our balcony the sea turtles come up out of the ocean to lay their eggs. The rooms had everything we needed. We were close to everything as well - grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants etc. If you like Mexican food definitely head across the street to Little Dos - awesome food and drinks at great prices. A very short drive as well to Cocoa Beach. A very relaxing vacation. Thank you to Las Olas!!

Room tip: All rooms are ocean front with a full ocean view. We were on the 5th floor in the middle and it was great!!
