We just returned from a trip last week and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach and beautiful view. While we appreciated the remodeling of the kitchen and living area, it did not live up to our expectations of a "penthouse". One of the bathrooms is in dire need of repair- a problem on the roof of the complex allows rain water to run in the ceiling of the bathroom and has caused damage. There is a mold problem in the second bathroom as well. The sliding doors are in need of replacement- very difficult to open and close off the LR. Kitchen supplies need to be replenished- no blender, short on utensil, pans, missing light bulbs, etc. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was very weak and spotty the whole week we stayed there. Very disappointed in the rental agencies lack of responsiveness. I sent an email while there to inform of our concerns and did not get a reply. Also were charged check processing fee as rental co is in Canada- not expected as the rental in US- Would not recommend.

Unit 449 underwent an extensive renovation in the fall of 2015, including a full renovation of both bathrooms, replacement of the sliding doors and windows, new tile floors, new furniture, TV's and wireless internet. The unit is fully stocked to include all elements that you would expect for your vacation and there is no processing fee associated with booking. We are proud of all the work that has been done and are confident that the unit is a 5 star experience for guests vacations.

We stayed in Condo 442. Older building, but still nice.
The elevator was extremely slow.
The air conditioning was non adjustable below 72 degree, which was ridiculous if you like it cold when you sleep.
The trash was inconvenient to take out from the fourth floor had to walk across the parking lot at night.
The sliding doors were old and didn't like to stay on track and the handle fell off halfway thru our stay, were very hard to open & close.
Hot tub was dirty, including the patio it was on.
Wi-Fi absolutely sucks here especially for iPhone5, iPhone4, iPad2 user.
No locks on the bathroom doors.
No screens on the window, which I believe is against codes, and windows didn't stay open on their own.
Balcony furniture was old but comfortable.
TV / Cable was bad.
Views from both balcony's were incredible; couldn't get any closer to the beach.
Linens were clean.
Washer & Dryer made my clothes stink even though it was a new set.
Shower was ok, water pressure not so great. The shower head lol if you're 5'8 or over like me and my fiancé enjoy the short people shower head.
You can hear the people in the condo next to you move kitchen chairs, slam doors, or if they bring dogs. Be prepared.
Parking is a little bit of a maze, but I didn't appreciate the junky family trucksters parked next to my nice vehicle.
Pool was great and warm at night usually we swam with no kids or anyone out there!
Plenty of pool chairs around to!
Beach Access was great with provided hose to wash off before going back to condo or pool.
Publix close by to buy supplies & plenty of restaurants.
More of a family scene than party which is nice.
Beds were comfortable.
Room with Queen bed has a balcony and patio flanking room, which made me uneasy to have my daughter sleep in.
Getting in and out of the property to A1A was a pain one way in one way out
We found a huge palmetto bug AKA a roach the last night we were there GROSS.

A complete overhaul of the Paradise Beach Club building was recently completed in January 2016, costing more than $2.5 million. The project included the replacement of all the buildings concrete walkways and balconies, railings, windows and sliding glass doors, screens and roof.

In addition, the elevator was modernized and updated, new electronic door locks were installed throughout the building, new landscaping was installed, the building was painted, and new amenities were also added (boccie and shuffleboard courts, 2 designated dog walking areas, fitness room, newly renovated onsite office, two Oceanfront BBQ stations, new dumpster area, new exterior lighting throughout and more) .

All new Brighthouse cable was installed for the building as part of the project that ended in 2016. As a result, each individual unit now has its own designated internet modem and wireless router (15mbs internet).

Had a great time staying here! We had two balconies and beautiful views of the ocean from every room, except the third bedroom. Condo was well stocked with everything we needed. Every morning the dolphins swam by while the sun rose over the water! I don't recommend it to people who like the crowds, or looking to party. It's very peaceful and quiet.
Only complaint was that we found what we assumed was sand fleas in one of the beds on our last night there. Luckily there are two huge couches in the living room that my daughter and her friend could sleep on.

My husband and I just got back from a very memorable trip to the Paradise Beach Club, Unit 446 in Satellite Beach and hope to return in the very near future. We absolutely loved it!!!!!

The condo is in an older building but very clean, well stocked with linens, blankets, towels and pillows and the kitchen had anything you might need. The living room and dining area are tasteful and comfortable and the master bedroom has a huge king size bed and a balcony to enjoy the sound of the waves at night. The second bedroom has two small beds and a fold up cot. There are two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a bathtub. One of the storage rooms had boogie boards, beach chairs and even a fishing pole. The view from the balcony was just amazing. We watched sunrises every morning, dolphins frolicking in the ocean, pelicans diving for fish, people on surfboards and even a sea turtle laying eggs right from the balcony. The beach is steps away from the warm, relaxing swimming pool. The pool and building area are cleaned very early every morning.

My husband and I enjoyed our morning walks picking up seashells from the beach and watching the little sand crabs scurrying into their holes in the sand. On our final day we saw our second sea turtle heading back into the water.

The unit is on the top floor and is steps away from the elevator and the laundry room.

The beach is quiet and uncrowded. There is a supermarket across the street, a movie theatre and donut shop. and a few other little stores.

The location is only an hour away from the Orlando International Airport and close to Melbourne and Cocoa Beach.

Other than the beach and the swimming pool there isn't much for younger children to do at this site, however my husband and I came to relax and enjoy the beach and for that the location was perfect.

I thank Dean Groff for a wonderful holiday and would recommend his condo to anybody. After our hectic first week of a 4 day visit to Disney World it was wonderful to just relax and this was the perfect location for that.

Louise

Room Tip: The higher the floor, the better the view.

Every condo is different, some nicer than other, but none that I would not stay in. We were here three years ago for a family reunion and will be using this faciity again August 2013 with over 25 condos already reserved. The accomodations are great, the beach is nice, and the management has been very receptive. It is close to the Cape, Ron Jons Surf Shop, and any kind of restaurant or grocery store you need. I honestly prefer our West Coast Florida Beaches, but I really like the laid back pace of the West Coast Beaches.

Room Tip: The pool was a bit dated last time we were here but nothing bad. It was obvious that the outside wa...

location location location. I took my grad-school age daughter down to Fla for a week to give
her a study break, and for that this condo was great - on the beach, clean, and restful. It was interesting, though, to later hear her opinion. While I found it perfect, she would not return to this particular location. Most of the residents were older, 50s+. The younger action was down further at Cocoa Beach, and she is going there with friends this spring break. We both enjoyed the dinners out and walking on the beach, but the bars, night life, and beach volleyball are not in this location. If you want to drink but not drive, you need to find another spot. As for my husband, he would find this just right, so he will be my "date" here this spring. It is obvious that many of the people have been coming here for years. I marked "kids' activities as "poor" but there should be
a N/A rating. Kids can be taken to the Cocoa Beach pier and the NASA tour, but there are not children's activities at this condo (that I observed.)

Room Tip: It appeared that all rooms had a decent view.

I have been here at least 15 times in 24 years, and it is always the best condo place, and its beach is amazing and the views from any oceanview room are amazing especially on the first floor, its beautiful the sunset/rise and had a great time in the room and everyday the weather was nice, and its a home away from home and i would love to actually be there for more than a week or two weeks, because it is just that good. My whole family loved the condo, and they have gone there every year since 1985 (I think), so this place is awesome !!!!!

Room Tip: Choose a condo on the first floor to enjoy walking out of your room to the nearby beach
