Super friendly staff , very clean new looking. Super comfortable beds and room . Can't say enough great things about this one.
I only stayed one night but would come back again.
A little tricky to actually get to the front of the hotel. You can see it easily but a bit hard to actually get to. It was well worth finding the entrance!
GREAT Place!

I am in hotels just about every week and it isn’t often I can say this!
This hotel is well kept and run, all the way around. The rooms are clean, the staff helpful and friendly, the breakfast standard (but good for free), the bed was comfortable, the pool was heated just enough (outdoor). Search for the best internet rate and can get and stay here, you won’t regret it. It is close to everything you need, including the beaches.
PS right next door is a Days Inn and from all appearances I’d say it is owned and run by the same people, so if one is booked you might inquire about the other.
Enjoy

After having trouble with the first hotel I booked thru Expedia I had my reservation switched to the Comfort Inn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with directions and area attractions. The room was clean and nice sized. The beds were comfortable and they gave you plenty of pillows. The only tip I have is to make sure you keep the air conditioner on high while taking a shower or the water drops will start dripping on your head. I like that they had an elevator so we didn't have to carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The pool was a little dirty when we swam in the evening, but I don't know how often they clean it daily. The free breakfast was awesome! They have hot waffles that you make yourself, fruit, bagels, muffins, danish, boiled eggs, toast, apple juice, orange juice, and coffee from 7-10 am. It saved us from spending more money on food. It was very close to Siesta Key Beach which was the best beach in the area.

This hotel was difficult to find from the interstate. We didn't see any signs, and by the time we saw the hotel sign we were past it and had to turn around. The medians made it difficult to do, and you had to wind your way around and through businesses, without any clear signage. Once we found our way there the front desk staff was friendly and efficient.
We asked for a room on the top floor which was entirely non-smoking. Other reviewers commented on the smell in the hallways, and it is very unpleasant. They have tried to cover it up with some heavy scent, but it still smells musty. The room however did not smell at all. It was very well laid out with lots of fluffy pillows, comfortable beds, and a nice decor.
The pool was very warm, but there was not alot of room to walk or sit around it. There was a couple of tables with umbrellas and chairs, and a few lounge chairs as well.
The breakfast area was clean and very well attended to, with lots of choices.
Good value for the money spent. Would stay here again.
FYI - this was the only hotel on our whole trip that that had real cream for your coffee!!

This is a reasonably priced category of hotel, but the service, cleanliness and breakfast were way above average. It felt like the proprietors really cared about our experience. The pool temp is perfect and the complimentary breakfast was better than most.
