We had a genuinely cheerful greeting and prompt seating, followed by an enjoyable meal. The ambience, lighting and noise level at 2pm on a weekday were just fine, and the seafood crepe and lobster bisque complimented by my lunch companions. The children were made especially welcome. The other diners seemed quite content. The only complaint is with one of the waiters who was aggressive enough with the table settings that he alarmed one of the ladies and was publically condescending to one of his trainees in public. The trainee, in contrast, was genuinely sweet; I hope the restaurant can hold onto her.
