I travel for work and usually sit at the bar for dinner to be social. What a find this was!! Bruno, the pizza chef handles that pizza paddle like a gymnast! It was so entertaining to watch him but even better were the incredible pizzas and flatbreads he was making one after another. One of the pizzas has two eggs on top and he covers the yolk with half of the shell and fires it! They will start you with a bruschetta teaser that sets your palate for the bread basket served with a wonderful purée of carrots, eggplant, basil, and oil. Every dish I saw coming out was a work of art! I had to go back again the second night I was there and when I walked in the bartender, Eddie greeted me by name! They have all the makings here for success...I may have to come back for a weekend just to revisit this gem!!
