“Great food”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

Heard about this new Irish restaurant from a friend. Tried it. Loved it. I had the short ribs and the scallops for an appetizer, so good! This place is Irish with flare. All of the food that went by our table looked amazing. I'm going back soon for the ribs.

“A great Find”
Reviewed April 9, 2013

Went here after golf and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food was tasty and nicely presented. Our group had the onion soup, house salad, whiskey ribs and the fish and chips. Since it was Monday evening there was no music but we all agreed to return for another dinner and entertainment. The pub is new and well done.

“Great Irish Pub”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

We are always looking for new places to try and I found Pub 32 last night during an on-line search. Having vacationed in Ireland last summer, we have an soft spot for Irish pubs. All are 'good' but some are better than others. Pub 32 was terrific. Nice bar area (always important in an Irish Pub); smallish dining room with nice booths; nice spot of the Irish band. But the best thing was the food and the friendly service!

There were four of us in our party. Two of us had the onion soup (outstanding); one had fish & chips (he said they were better than any we had in Ireland); my husband had the steak (said it was great) and the other two of us the whiskey ribs (delicious).

The band was great, too. We will definitely be back!

“A fun pub but with teething problems”
Reviewed April 6, 2013

Calling this a gastropub is a misnomer, as the food is standard Irish pub food without the gastronomic overtones of European-influenced gourmet cuisine. My girlfriend and I spent a pleasant Friday here, but there were some imperfections. First, she ordered the sparkling wine split as noted on the menu. When her glass arrived full but without the bottle, she was told the glass had been filled from the bar. When the sparkling wine proved to have no bubbles, she returned it with a request for an unopened bottle. The waitress came back later to say that the bartender had no split bottles but was willing to open another bottle to be she got an effervescent wine. My friend requested a white house wine instead, which was good. We were not charged for the original glass of sparkling wine. Second, my friend's Guinness and beef stew had only three bite-sized pieces of beef. I had an excellent seafood pie, not on the menu, which generously included shrimp, scallops and mussels, not just fish. The dishes were tasty, but perhaps overly salted. Our neighbor returned some ships from his fish and chips order as being over-salted and they were quickly and politely replaced by the waitress. He said the fish were great, fried in a light batter. He ordered the smaller portion, which was still copious.
There are Irish bands most nights, and Friday's was excellent, with the crowd clapping and singing along.
The customers seemed to be having a great time, and several mentioned they were repeat customers. The pub is new, shows potential, but needs to keep improving.
