We stayed about a year ago for several nights because of location and cost, anticipating a mediocre experience. We were impressed. So, when planning this trip, we simply booked here again. We spent four nights before moving to Fairfield in Lakewood Ranch, using accumulated points for a three night stay. Oh how I rue the decision!! The pool area is( for us northerners), a respite, sparkling clean thanks to professionals who clean the furniture, pool and deck and jacuzzi, the yard crew, that keep the surrounding grounds immaculate, and management, who purchase and maintain the lovely, separate lounging, outside living room, complete with fire pit and numerous spots to curl up and read, adjacent to the spacious pool area. Truly the furniture looks and feels brand new.
Inside, fresh fruit and coffee or tea or hot chocolate awaits you all day and night. The seating is plentiful and many tables await. Again the feeling is sparkling clean and new; as is reception. Never is that front desk unattended; a pleasant change from many comparable establishments.
Our double room was also very spacious, first floor as requested, large king bed with heavy mattress pad, safe, large microwave, and fridge, immaculate bathroom and a very well lit set of rooms.
My only recommendation is to clean the couch; it did have some body odor. We stayed in room 108.More
