Warm and Inviting Owners, Great Location, Yummy fresh food and spit spot clean. I could go on and on. The husband/wife owners are true British with all the fixin's but also nail it in all other food categories. As we sat eating our "Across The Pond, Full English Breakfast" the people at the table next to us said that their Hamburgers, "Were the best they ever had." The gent behind us was raving about how clean and good the food was and all the time we felt like we were with family as the owners doded on us with T.L.C. Plus the prices were very reasonable. I can't wait to go back for lunch and English Tea from their lovely collection of Tea Pots!!

This longtime great Siesta Key breakfast/lunch spot has moved to south Sarasota @ 2117 Siesta Drive near US 41 across Siesta Drive from Southgate mall. Varied full breakfast/lunch menu & a "petite menu" for a lighter touch. Great value & a friendly couple from England serving up full English breakfast, pastries & more. Good as (or maybe better than) before (there's easy parking now). Can't go wrong here.

Being stuck at the Southgate Mall by a severe thunderstorm, lunch was chosen at this location instead of walking elsewhere. Like many another local restaurant, this is another owned by British ex-patriates. Opted for a Chicago Panini, which contained ham, provolone cheese, grilled onion, pepper and a very mild sauerkraut. This sandwich was so good, it did not required any condiments.
It appeared that many of the customers were recognized by the owners, which always bodes well, as repeat patronage is the engine which keeps businesses such as these in operation. Cannot vouch as of now for breakfast but the menu looked intriguing as well.
Service was very good and the owners made sure the diners lacked for nothing. This merits a breakfast try out as well.
Pricing is about average for Sarasota for lunch or breakfast- $10-12 per person, including drinks.

My wife and I with another couple thoroughly enjoyed breakfast here today. Good strong coffee to start off with -- and plenty of it. At our table we had an omelet, a quiche, eggs and grits, and for myself a "full English breakfast". Unlike another review of this restaurant, all our dishes were hot, tasty and quickly done. It is a small restaurant in a strip mall, but easy to find. A good place to stop on the way to the beach, or whatever else while in town.

They say they are am English restaurant and offer such things as fish and chips and full English breakfast. I tried the breakfast and it was really bad. Everything was cold although there was only one other table occupied. The bacon was the type you can buy pre cooked in the supermarket, the scrambled eggs were like a broken up rubber ball, the mushrooms like small pieces of dried up newspaper. Sorry but I just can't reccomend it
