Boasts to be one of the few canopy walkways in the US (they have a map that shows locations of others) it’s a short walkway among the Florida treetops. You have to pay to get in the park, but the canopy is free. At the end you can climb a little higher to view the entire Myakka Park from about 80 ft in the air. There’s a coin operated telescope and viewing map for the curious. There are educational plaques all along the way, and it’s a short little hike through Florida woodland to the canopy from the parking lot. Its worth the 15-30 min stop, just for the exercise.
