“Nice variety, pleasant couple of hours”
Reviewed July 12, 2014 via mobile

There is a wide variety of different cars from different eras, most of which are in excellent condition. I've been here a couple of times over the last 10 years, and it's definitely worth a look if you like classic cars, and you're in the area.

“Worth A Visit”
Reviewed July 4, 2014

This museum has some lovely cars a lot of which you just wouldn't see in car shows as they are so rare. Some do have cosmetic faults, but does a car have to be in absolutely perfect condition to be of interest or be an exhibit on a museum? In my book, no. Having said that, the place is a little shabby and and could do with sprucing up. As had been said in other reviews, the lighting of the exhibits could be improved.

Even as a complete petrol head, there was only enough here to keep me interested for a couple of hours, and I'd imagine that if you only have a passing interest in cars you would not spend long here.

There is a classic car show room round the back of the museum the staff of which must get fed up with people wondering round their stock who clearly have no intention to buy, but to their credit, they did not complain when we did just that!

We visited this museum during a wet day whilst on holiday in Bradenton, and as somewhere to go when it's too wet to do anything else this museum is fine. I wouldn't make a special effort to visit is though.

“Nice Time Traveler!”
Reviewed June 25, 2014 via mobile

Very nice collection of classical cars, neatly kept and clear information on each piece of car history. I wish this place could have boats as well to turn it into a Classical Transport Museum!

“Great cars to see. Great stop for the guys. Nice staff.”
Reviewed June 18, 2014

If Barbara is there you are in for a treat. Lots of fun stories to share. She speaks German also.
There are over 80 cars to see I believe. Small fee of about 10.00 and part of the museum is free to wonder and look. A amazing wood carving -- massive size...of elephants. It is for sale too. Pricey! Great little stop off- right near Ringling Brother's Museum. So look for it across the street ...just off the corner. Go and check it out...you will be glad you did,

“Pretty Good”
Reviewed May 23, 2014 via mobile

BF and I visited this place over the Memorial Day weekend, for me it was just okay. The staff was extremely nice, if you're interested in cars then this is the place for you. Ernie the tour guide was very helpful and nice. My BF would like to return but not me, honestly speaking I like classic cars but am not head over heels about them.
