This was ok, it cost enough too so I was expecting a more happy approach from the staff. It felt very much like we were on a conveyor belt of others, rather than individuals. The experience of flying was great. The other poor bit was when they give you a form to fill in, with the minimum tip being 15%, this is an awful lot of money when I just spent over 200 dollars. Not a good feeling, there was pressure there that isn't needed and would make me go elsewhere on my next visit
