“A gem in Sarasota”
Reviewed April 21, 2013

The gardens are beautiful and are worth a visit. They are best enjoyed via a slow walk in order to take things in and savor the beauty.

A friend recommended this visit and we were sure glad she did. It was a wonderful place to visit with a large variety of orchids and other plants.

“We spent the entire day there!”
Reviewed April 20, 2013

If you like plants, you will love this place. The variety is stunning and the layout of the property makes for a very enjoyable and relaxing day. There are many benches in the shade to sit on, so there is no need to rush. In fact, taking your time is part of the experience.
The food at the inside restaurant is very good but also very expensive. But you can also go outside and return.
There are two gift shops, one for plants and one for various teas. Both contained very interesting things.

“The gardens are good”
Reviewed April 20, 2013

The gardens offer a good display of orchids. However they are a little expensive. No senior citizens discount and the parking situation is limited.
