Hidden in a little strip mall, just outside of downtown, Miss Saigon does Vietnamese food quite well. The hostess/server/maybe owner, is an older Vietnamese woman who always smiles and greets patrons warmly. They serve a few beers, wine, and sake only, but go for the food. Everything is freshly prepared. The standouts are the noodle soups (pho) and the fresh spring rolls are good. We never leave hungry, and always want to return again. It is affordable, tasty, and fresh.
