Great location with a number of amenities for adults and kids. House is spacious with unique features, especially the decks. I would rent it again

We arrived to find all the bedding inside and out covered in animal hair. Housekeeping was done for the day so the rental office agreed to bring us clean sheets which we had to change ourselves. The carpets were filthy, we could not take our shoes off. The freezer did not work and after 2 days of misdiagnosis we finally said forget it we will live without a freezer. We wanted to enjoy our vacation not wait around for repair people.

I truly apologize the condition of the home was not up to either of our standards and I sincerely hoped the credit of $515 would have been perceived as substantial compensation. Please know we appreciate your feedback and all issues pertaining to your stay have been resolved. The owner of Redfish Retreat has a lovely property and is extremely conscientious; because of their diligence with this property, a brand new refrigerator/freezer has already been purchased.
