Description: This little gourmet market is worthy a leisurely visit or a stop if you'd like to pack a picnic. Several wonderful items, really nice breads, pastries, cheeses, teas, wine etc. A nice place to visit and browse for unique items. Tables outside if you would like to make a casual lunch of deli type foods. Yum, yum. Seaside has a wonderful atmosphere, on the Emerald Coast to add to the experience. Not for the bargain hunter, but everything we bought was worth the price.

“A "must visit" when in Seaside area. Iconic store with so many interesting offerings”
Reviewed March 1, 2013 via mobile

They offer a range from outstanding pastries to bandages and everything between. This eclectic and charming deli & general store is a must visit. Caters to upscale customers with very good selection of wine  & beer, essentials for beach vacation and fun choice of prepared lunch items like a good deli/small grocery store. Friendly and helpful owners.

“Gourmet Grocery with Benefits”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

Come here for a quick grab 'n run breakfast, yummy freshly prepared lunch to go or if you are feeling super lazy they will deliver groceries to your door... :o)

Reminds me of shopping for food in NYC... 15' shelves stocked with exotic seasonings, canned foods from all over the world and a deli over-flowing with veggies and seafood prepared daily, only here at Modica, you also get smiles and helpful advice from the clerks of this family owned business.

“A timeless high end classic grocery/deli”
Reviewed December 16, 2012

A staple of Seaside. You must go here. Shelves loaded to the ceiling with the usual and unusual condiments along with a nice selection of wine. Great deal when you come in and grab a biscuit or croissant for breakfast or a sandwich for lunch. There are a few tables outside to enjoy a reasonably priced meal. They also have many prepared salads and sides for those nights you want to stay in but not really cook. A must visit while discovering 30A.

“it's an institution”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

Modica Market really anchored the Seaside shopping center for many years. Now, with a Publix open not too far away, its place as the place to shop for groceries and treats has eroded a bit, but Publix lacks the charm of wandering the deli aisles for odd bits of gourmet choices or picking up a good sandwich and a cold drink to enjoy at one of the tables outside. Also a great spot to swing by and pick up a variety of buns and rolls for breakfast.
