My wife and I went to Christiano's after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor, and we were not disappointed. The entire dining experience was a pleasant one. We were greeted by a friendly hostess at the door and promptly seated. Service was efficient and friendly. My wife started with the soup of the day, which was a butternut squash soup. It had caraway as one of its ingredients and was very good. I had the Caesar salad which was also quite tasty. For entrees, my wife had the Rene Capellini, which was very garlicky, but very good, and I had the Sicilian Sausage Pomodoro, which also was delicious. Portions were ample, but we saved room for desert and had the Key Lime pie, which was one of the better ones we have had. They use the traditional Carnation recipe, and it was very well done. It is always very nice when eating at a restaurant when the chef/owner visits your table, and Christiano's did not disappoint. As an added bonus, he is a huge Steelers fan (as are we) and the restaurant has a bar with extensive Steelers memorabilia. We really enjoyed our meal and will definitely go back the next time we are in Santa Rosa Beach.
