We went boarding in the lake as a family with our friends, and everybody had a great time. The youngest kids each rode with a dad, but the rest of us had our own boards. We didn't get a lesson, but the guide who helped us with our boards gave us the basics in about 5 minutes. We were all able to stand and successfully get around the lake, and even had fun when we fell in. (Well, some of us jumped in because the water looked so nice.) We all agreed we'd like to do this again, and this was the perfect first spot to try it. The water was calm and the staff were friendly and helpful.
