The hot dogs are good here, as are the fries. But stale bread is unforgivable. They should have asked us to switch from a footlong if all of their footlong rolls were stale (they have regular and footlong dogs).
I got what should have been an excellent Chicago dog, ruined by the roll. Others had hot dogs and burgers, and were happy with them.
The price will have you going to Jerry's to buy your own hot dogs and rolls though, outrageous and comparable to a sit-down dinner. I got a shake and it was like $5 for a tiny one. Smashburger, which I consider expensive for fast food, has a shake twice as big for $4.
Unfortunately, we probably won't be back. As a hot dog addict planning to retire to Sanibel ASAP (years off unfortunately!), they are missing out on making the most of their location and product.
Note also that there is not seating inside, so plan ahead to eat elsewhere. Their outdoor seating is under an overhang between buildings.
